Replacement Policy

At beaut., we're committed to creating products you'll love and providing support you can count on.

We understand that unexpected issues can happen. While exclusions apply, all electronic devices are covered by a 12 month limited warranty. If your request falls within our warranty guidelines, we are happy to provide one replacement product per customer.

To ensure we're able to continue offering fair and thoughtful support to every customer, replacement requests are limited to one approved replacement per customer.
